That’s just the way it is. If your item requires attention, please contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. Within the first 3 months, we will, where possible, repair or replace items that show a material or manufacturing fault.In the event of accidents or wear and tear due to intensive use after that period, we will be happy to look into repair options or offer a discount on a replacement item.
