If the item isn’t quite what you were hoping for, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.All we ask is that the item is returned to us in acceptable condition and in its original packaging. Will my jewellery discolour or tarnish?

Your jewellery is made to last. Our materials have been selected for their durability and suitability for everyday wear, and the finish has been designed to ensure it continues to look beautiful over time. As with any well-made product, it will develop character with use, but under normal circumstances it will not discolour or lose its appearance. With a little care, it will remain beautiful for years to come.

Is all the jewellery really FREE?

Yes, every piece of jewellery really is free. As Julie & Mary prepare for retirement, we're giving away our remaining jewellery collection. You only pay for delivery, with no hidden product costs.All orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail with tracked delivery. The delivery charge is calculated at checkout, so you'll know exactly what you're paying before placing your order.We carefully pack every Julie & Mary item and dispatch it as soon as your order is ready. Once your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number by email, so you can follow its journey right to your front door.Delivery times may vary slightly depending on where you live, but our promise is simple: every piece of jewellery is free, and you only pay for delivery.

Are all your products handmade?

Every design is created by Julie & Mary. Each piece begins as a sketch at our workbench, is brought to life by hand in our studio, and is carefully checked by one of us before it is sent to you.

What if my jewellery breaks or needs repairing?

That’s just the way it is. If your item requires attention, please contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. Within the first 3 months, we will, where possible, repair or replace items that show a material or manufacturing fault.In the event of accidents or wear and tear due to intensive use after that period, we will be happy to look into repair options or offer a discount on a replacement item.
