As with any well-made product, it will develop character with use, but under normal circumstances it will not discolour or lose its appearance. With a little care, it will remain beautiful for years to come.

Is delivery really free?

Yes, delivery really is free. For all orders within the UK, we offer free delivery via Royal Mail. There is no paid priority option, as it isn’t necessary. Every customer receives the same fast and careful service.We pack every Julie & Mary item by hand and dispatch it as soon as your order comes in. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number by email, so you can track it right to your front door.Delivery times may vary slightly depending on where you live, but our promise is simple: we dispatch quickly and you never pay for delivery.

Are all your products handmade?

Every design is created by Julie & Mary. Each piece begins as a sketch at our workbench, is brought to life by hand in our studio, and is carefully checked by one of us before it is sent to you.

What if my jewellery breaks or needs repairing?

That’s just the way it is. If your item requires attention, please contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. Within the first 3 months, we will, where possible, repair or replace items that show a material or manufacturing fault.In the event of accidents or wear and tear due to intensive use after that period, we will be happy to look into repair options or offer a discount on a replacement item.
