You only pay for delivery, with no hidden product costs.All orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail with tracked delivery. The delivery charge is calculated at checkout, so you'll know exactly what you're paying before placing your order.We carefully pack every Julie & Mary item and dispatch it as soon as your order is ready. Every design is created by Julie & Mary. Each piece begins as a sketch at our workbench, is brought to life by hand in our studio, and is carefully checked by one of us before it is sent to you.

What if my jewellery breaks or needs repairing?

That’s just the way it is. If your item requires attention, please contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. Within the first 3 months, we will, where possible, repair or replace items that show a material or manufacturing fault.In the event of accidents or wear and tear due to intensive use after that period, we will be happy to look into repair options or offer a discount on a replacement item.
